Ingredients for instant pot riblets
- 1 cup of water
- ½ cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 pounds of rib tips
- 1 teaspoon of kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon BBQ rub
- 1 cup barbeque sauce

Step 1
add water and vinegar to the pressure cooker. Place the trivet inside the pressure cooker. Sprinkle salt and barbecue over the rib tips and massage to coat. Set the rib tips on top of the trivet. Close the lid, and cook for 30 minutes under high pressure according to the manufacturer's instructions.
Step 2
Release the pressure using the natural release method according to the manufacturer's instructions for about 8 minutes. Carefully open and remove the lid.
Step 3
Transfer the rib tips to a baking dish and let cool for 6 minutes. Add barbecue sauce and stir to coat.
Step 4
Preheat an outdoor grill to medium-high heat. Grease the grate with light oil.
Step 5
Grill the rib tips for 6 minutes on each side, turning after 2 minutes.
