1 teaspoon of turmeric powder

1 teaspoon of coriander powder

1 cup water, at room temperature

1 teaspoon Garam Masala

1 tablespoon dried fenugreek leaves (Kasuri methi)

2 tablespoons of chopped fresh coriander
